The vast blue world of NAUD

The Boat House is a commercial building being developed by NAUD at the Nautix site in Amsterdam. The project forms part of the continued development of this location.

Stormer Leisure Boats is a Dutch boat brand known for its robust recreational vessels with a distinctive design. Well-known models include the Lifeboat, Tugboat and Runner.

Nautix Marina is a marina in Amsterdam and forms the heart of the Nautix site, an area being gradually developed by NAUD into a multifunctional waterfront location for business, recreation and urban activity.

Nautix Building is a large-scale mixed-use development at the Nautix site in Amsterdam. With this project, NAUD continues the transformation of the area into a dynamic waterfront location for business, work and recreation.

Holland Sport Boat Centre is a well-established watersports company in Amsterdam, active in the sale, service and maintenance of recreational boats.

Right on the water at the Stadshaven Amstelkwartier in Amsterdam, we developed a spectacular three-story hospitality pavilion with sunken parking. This is where George Marina took up residence. The building has large windows overlooking the marina at the front, an open kitchen, a striking green marble bar and a ditto staircase in the middle of the restaurant.

In the Amstel Quarter and located on the beautifully landscaped park Somerlust, this new floating city harbor opened in 2016. From here you can sail onto the Amsterdam canals within 10 minutes.

Gosto Resort Lenk is a residential resort development located in the alpine village of Lenk in the Bernese Oberland region of Switzerland.

E-Harbour Amstelkwartier was the first E-Harbour to be realized. This marina is ideally suited for shipping companies. Not surprisingly, the operation and ownership of this marina passed to Tourism Group Holding in 2021.

E-Harbour Uithoorn is a marina located along the Amstel river in Uithoorn. NAUD is the owner and developer of the site.
