Gosto Resort Lenk

Gosto Resort Lenk is a residential resort development located in the alpine village of Lenk in the Bernese Oberland region of Switzerland.

The development consists of a new alpine resort featuring approximately 90 high-quality apartments, located on a central site in the village. The apartments will be sold individually and are designed for both private use and recreational rental.

The project focuses on a modern resort concept with high-quality amenities suited to an international alpine destination. The development will include:

• approximately 90 high-quality alpine apartments
• hospitality and leisure facilities
• wellness amenities
• facilities supporting both winter and summer tourism

The Adelboden-Lenk region is known as one of Switzerland’s most beautiful mountain areas and offers direct access to a large ski area with extensive winter sports opportunities. During the summer season, the region becomes a popular destination for hiking, cycling and other outdoor activities.

The project is currently in the final phase of the building permit process. The sale of the apartments will commence at a later stage.
