Nautix Marina

Nautix Marina is a marina in Amsterdam and forms the heart of the Nautix site, an area being gradually developed by NAUD into a multifunctional waterfront location for business, recreation and urban activity.

The marina offers approximately 250 berths for recreational boats and is located on the eastern side of Amsterdam, with direct access to the IJ and the city’s inland waterways.

The site is strategically located next to the A10 ring road and benefits from a dedicated tram stop within walking distance, providing excellent accessibility for businesses and visitors.

Around the marina, NAUD is developing a mixed-use area where various functions come together, including:

• commercial space for a wide range of businesses
• waterfront hospitality and public amenities
• recreational facilities
• berths for recreational boats

NAUD owns the Nautix site and continues to expand the area step by step. Developments include The Boat House, a multifunctional commercial building of approximately 2,700 m², and a new mixed-use building of approximately 12,000 m² with space for businesses, hospitality and other urban functions.

Through these developments, Nautix is evolving into a dynamic waterfront location where business, entrepreneurship and recreation come together.
