Naud is developing a unique hospitality pavilion on the banks of the Oude Rijn, located right next to the Joop van der Reijden Bridge in the Oegstgeest aan de Rijn district. Set directly on the water and surrounded by beautiful scenery, this pavilion invites guests to relax and enjoy exceptional culinary experiences.
What are we building?
The hospitality pavilion spans an ample indoor area of 250 m² and features a spacious 150 m² waterfront terrace. This terrace offers guests the chance to unwind outdoors while taking in the views of the Oude Rijn. Designed for energy efficiency and future sustainability, the pavilion includes eco-friendly features with electric systems for heating and cooking.

The pavilion is open to both local residents of Oegstgeest and visitors, including those arriving by boat.
