Waterfront pavilion Oegstgeest a/d Rijn

Naud is developing a unique hospitality / waterfront pavilion on the banks of the Oude Rijn, located right next to the Joop van der Reijden Bridge in the Oegstgeest aan de Rijn district. Set directly on the water and surrounded by beautiful scenery, this pavilion invites guests to relax and enjoy exceptional culinary experiences.

What are we building?

The pavilion itself will offer a generous 250 m² of indoor space, complemented by a spacious 150 m² waterfront terrace. This terrace gives guests the chance to unwind outdoors while enjoying views of the Oude Rijn. The building is designed to be energy-efficient in line with BENG standards and fully future-proof, featuring electric heating and cooking.

An ideal location for locals and visitors

The pavilion is not only accessible to local residents but also to guests arriving by boat. With six dedicated mooring spaces directly at the pavilion, boaters can easily dock, adding to the unique nautical atmosphere. Visitors arriving by car can make use of nearby parking facilities.

The operator

Naud is developing the pavilion, which has already been leased on a long-term basis to PuuRR aan de Rijn, part of the Hilgersom Horeca Group. Thanks to its strategic location, the pavilion offers an excellent opportunity for delivering an exceptional hospitality experience to future guests.

Construction schedule and progress

Construction is scheduled to begin in autumn 2025 and is expected to be completed by April/May 2026.
