Waterfront pavilion Oegstgeest a/d Rijn

The Pavilion on the Rhine is a hospitality development by NAUD, located along the Oude Rijn in Oegstgeest.

The pavilion has been developed as a modern waterfront hospitality venue and serves as a new meeting place for residents and visitors of the surrounding area. The building features approximately 250 m² of indoor hospitality space and a spacious terrace of approximately 150 m² directly along the river.

The project includes:

• restaurant and hospitality space
• a waterfront terrace
• mooring spots for passing boats
• boat rental facilities for recreational use on the river

The location sits along the Oude Rijn near the Joop van der Reijden Bridge and the residential area Oegstgeest aan de Rijn.

The building was developed by NAUD and is leased to PuuRR aan de Rijn, which operates the hospitality concept and offers boat rental at this location.

With this project, NAUD delivers a small-scale hospitality development that complements the continued growth of the area along the Oude Rijn.
