We are proud to present the development of the Holland Sport Boat House. This modern, multifunctional building will become the new hotspot for watersports in the Netherlands. Located directly on the quay at Nautix Marina, construction of this extraordinary project is set to begin in October 2025.

With a total area of approximately 2,850 m² spread over three floors, the Holland Sport Boat House will offer space for:
