The Boat House

The Boat House is a commercial building being developed by NAUD at the Nautix site in Amsterdam. The project forms part of the continued development of this location.

The building comprises approximately 2,700 m² GFA, divided over three floors of approximately 880 m² each. The design was created by the renowned architects of MSVA Architects and is characterized by a strong architectural identity and high-quality materials.

The basement and ground floor will be exclusively leased to Holland Sport Boat Centre for showroom, service and operational activities.

The top floor will be developed as a high-quality penthouse level of approximately 880 m², suitable for a variety of companies seeking a unique waterfront business location.

With The Boat House, NAUD is creating a future-proof commercial building that supports entrepreneurship and the ongoing development of the Nautix site.
