Nautix Building

Nautix Building is a large-scale mixed-use development at the Nautix site in Amsterdam. With this project, NAUD continues the transformation of the area into a dynamic waterfront location for business, work and recreation.

The project comprises a new multifunctional building of approximately 12,000 m² GFA, providing space for a wide range of urban functions and different types of businesses.

The building will accommodate, among others:

• commercial space for various businesses
• office space
• hospitality and public-oriented functions
• additional facilities supporting the development of the area

The development forms part of the broader transformation of the Nautix site. In addition to Nautix Building, NAUD is also developing The Boat House, a multifunctional commercial building of approximately 2,700 m², as well as the further expansion of Nautix as a waterfront destination for business, recreation and urban amenities.

The location benefits from excellent accessibility, situated directly next to the A10 ring road and within walking distance of a tram stop, making the area easily accessible for businesses and visitors.

With Nautix Building, NAUD takes the next step in the continued development of the Nautix site.
