Hospitality Pavilion at Oegstgeest Sloep Marina Opened and Transferred

Construction of the hospitality pavilion at the sloep marina in Oegstgeest, right beside the Joop van der Reijden bridge, started in September 2025. As planned, the pavilion opened its doors in April 2026.

The pavilion sits at the head of the marina, on the water and directly on the through route along the Rhine. With a generous waterside terrace, it is a meeting place for boat owners, walkers and cyclists from the surrounding area.

The pavilion is operated by Puurr aan de Rijn, a subsidiary of Hilgersom Horeca Groep. NAUD developed the pavilion and, following completion and letting, transferred it to Hilgersom Horeca Groep, which continues the operation. With that, the project has been completed to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
