Holland Sport Boat Centre Transferred to Stillebroers Marine Holding

Holland Sport Boat Centre has been a household name in nautical Holland since 1965. The company combines boat sales with its own Service Centre for maintenance, a thousand square metre showroom and an extensive range of accessories and parts.

NAUD came on board as a shareholder in 2020, with the aim of further professionalising the company and growing it within the nautical cluster being developed at the Nautix site in Amsterdam. In 2023 the showroom, workshop and marina moved to that location. In the years that followed the organisation was strengthened, the Service Centre expanded and the product range broadened, including with the private models of Stormer Leisure Boats.

After roughly five years, NAUD and its partners transferred the company to Stillebroers Marine Holding in February 2026, which continues the operation. NAUD remains involved in the further development of the Nautix site, where a new, future-ready building for Holland Sport Boat Centre will be realised.
