NAUD Group has received the building permit for The Boat House, a new high-end business building on the Nautix site on the Zuiderzeeweg in Amsterdam. The building comprises approximately 2,700 m² GFA and is being developed in collaboration with MSVA Architects. With the permit secured, development of this striking building on the IJ can begin.
A Building with a Strong Presence
The Boat House is spread across three floors of approximately 880 m² each and was designed by MSVA Architects. The design is characterized by a strong architectural presence and high-quality materials — fitting with NAUD’s ambition to further develop the Nautix site as an attractive, future-proof work location on the water.
Holland Sport Boat Centre as Anchor Tenant
The basement and ground floor will be exclusively occupied by Holland Sport Boat Centre, which will house its showroom, service and business operations there. This means the building’s bottom two floors are immediately and sustainably filled with a fitting user for this waterside location.
Penthouse Floor: 880 m² in a Unique Location
The top floor will be developed as a high-end penthouse floor of approximately 880 m², available to companies looking to do business in a special spot in Amsterdam. The Boat House combines excellent accessibility with a unique waterfront setting: the building sits right on the Nautix Marina, next to the tram 26 stop — putting Amsterdam Central Station within 12 minutes — and right off the A10/S114 exit.
